Your data stays where it belongs
- A club's data stays with the club.
- Members, applications, form answers and files stay inside the club that collected them. No other club can read them, and Uninexus does not sell them.
- University-only stays at the university.
- Clubs, events, projects and profiles are visible to your own university unless someone makes them public. Only what is public reaches students at other universities.
- You choose which emails you get.
- Which club and campus notifications reach your inbox is a setting you control. Only the mail that keeps your account working, such as getting back in, always arrives.
- Your university is self-declared.
- You tell us where you study. Nothing is checked against a registrar and nobody asks for a student number, so it is a statement rather than proof.

Students find the clubs at their own university, apply with each club's form and follow their applications, and can reach public clubs, projects and people at other universities. Club officers run members, applications, events, forms, tasks, files and finances in one place.
Yes, when the club is public. Your own university is your home campus, and a club that sets its visibility to public is open to students from every university: you can apply with its form and register for its events. A club kept to its university stays visible only there.
You choose your university when you create an account, by searching for it by name. If the clubs at your university are not on Uninexus yet, anyone on a club's committee can start the club and invite the others. The All universities filter in Discover shows what is public on every campus.
One officer creates an account, chooses their university and creates the club, deciding whether people join with an application or straight away. They invite the rest of the committee. Members then apply through the club's own form, and the officers review every application from one queue.
A club's members, applications, form answers and files stay inside that club; no other club can read them, and Uninexus does not sell them. Your profile is visible to your own university unless you make it public. Your university is self-declared, and which emails you get is your setting.
Yes. The whole product works in Turkish and in English, including this page. You can switch the language on this page, and inside the app under Settings, where the choice also sets the language of the emails Uninexus sends you.
